Faculty

Faculty of Business, Strategy & MBA Pathways

Corporate strategy, deals and leadership for technology-led organisations.

A business faculty for people who will run things. Level 1 builds commercial literacy: accounting, markets, operations and strategy fundamentals. Level 2 moves into corporate finance, valuation, negotiation, joint ventures and partnership structures. Level 3 covers mergers and acquisitions end to end — origination, due diligence, deal structuring, integration and post-deal value — alongside organisational leadership and governance. Delivered as an original Mai Studies programme, not a validated MBA degree.
